I live in an apartment in San Rafael, California with my dog and cat. I was born and raised in a working class Italian (now predominantly Pin@y) neighborhood in Northeastern Los Angeles, Southern California. I’ve lived in Northern California since 2003. I am a cisgender queer woman. My Ilocana mother was born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii. My Philippine born father of Pin@y/Chinese/Spanish/Portuguese ancestry raised throughout both rural and urban areas of the Philippines. My lifelong study and exploration of the wisdom and compassion of the body, speech and mind led me to my practice of healing artistry with individuals and within community.
